This section provides information on all SalesTrak files that periodically need routine maintenance. For this purpose, maintenance can include, adding new records modifying existing records, removing records or just viewing records. This section includes only the SalesTrak-related files, but you can also refer to the System section for help on general system file maintenance, and in the maintenance help sections of the other Vans modules.

Options and Interfaces is used to define system wide parameters that can be used to customize the service system to your specific needs. |

The CSRs / Coordinators file is where Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) can be added, viewed and modified. CSRs are used in several places throughout Vans, including MoveTrak, Order Entry and SalesTrak. |

The Prospect Type form is used to set up the valid codes and descriptions that are used to categorize different types of prospects. Prospect types must be setup individually for Move Prospects and Account Prospects. |

Reason Lost codes are used in the Prospect Entry Move Information screen and in the Account Prospect Entry General screen to indicate that a prospect was lost and to indicate why it was lost. |

Salesperson maintenance is used to change a number of settings and options for individual salespeople including passwords, schedules and commission rates. |

The Source file allows you to track the origin of your prospect leads which can ultimately help you determine which of your advertising methods are producing results. |

The Valid Entry form allows you to limit the entries that are accepted in the user-defined fields in the Prospect Entry and Account Prospect Entry screens so that these user-defined fields allow only the entries that you define through this Valid Entry form. |
