The SalesTrak module allows immediate response to sales leads by monitoring conversations with prospects, and generating the necessary follow-up letters and internal documents.  When the move is confirmed, the prospect information can be automatically updated to the Vans system.  The system can also be used to monitor national accounts, coordinate direct mail campaigns, etc.

Prospect tracking begins with the entry of the prospect in the Prospect Entry program(s). This program is one of the key components of the system.  From this program you can access the various features in the system. Once prospects are entered, appointments can be scheduled and viewed. These screens can be displayed for a single salesperson or for all salespeople.  Once the prospect is entered, the system begins maintaining contact information. This information can be viewed on demand by displaying the prospect record. Prospects can be found by name, phone number, prospect number and next contact date.

The SalesTrak system maintains the next contact date for each prospect and national account. A contact list can be printed any time to show which contacts should be made each day. The list includes the names, titles and any special comments from previous conversations. A memo system is provided to record notes about the conversation. The memo is stamped with the entry date and time.

The SalesTrak module contains a mail merge extract system that can be used (in conjunction with your word processor) to prepare mass mailings or individual letters.

The SalesTrak module contains reports that show closing ratios (prospects entered vs. orders booked) and lost prospects.
