Set email addresses for account contacts. Contacts with the Monitor Orders flag set receive email message automatically when the actual load and delivery dates change (see Monitor Orders Service). Users can also email these contacts using a right-click option through the Account Profile tab (see Send Email). | |

The Monitor Orders Service utilizes a Database Mail function. The Database Mail must reference the mail server set within SMTP Setup. | |
