Access Outbound transaction information with real time data. “Outbound Transactions” is comprised of three columns: Requested, Processing, and Completed. “Requested” includes details on what and when a shipment is expected to be shipped from the warehouse. Transactions listed under Processing are “in progress.”  Transactions listed under Completed show the final information on that shipment.

 

Click on a card to see information on a shipment. Information is organized under two tabs: Details and Items. “Details” lists such things as who delivered the shipment and when it was received. “Items” has information on what items are being received, how many and even pictures if there was any damage and pictures were taken.

 

Also within the upper right corner of the card are three dots, which open a menu. Depending on where the card is located, there are different menu options:

 

    Cards listed under Expected have the following menu options: Edit, Move to Receiving, and Delete Transaction.

    Cards listed under Receiving have the following menu options: Edit, Move to Completed, Delete Transaction, Generate Location Sheet, Generate Manual Location Sheet, and Warehouse Receiving Report.

    Cards listed under Completed have the following menu options: Generate Location Sheet, Generate Manual Location Sheet, and Warehouse Receiving Report.
