Tasks Setup and Administration

 

Tasks Setup involves the following areas.

Description

Order Status Setup

Set the Clear Move Dates flag for any status value that you want to trigger re-generation of Tasks.

Security Profile Setup

Set user access, by branch, to task functionality within Claims, Order Information, and within Tasks Workflow.

Tasks Setup

Use this setup to define a template of workflow items set for an order, define personnel responsible to complete the task, and define account access for national accounts using the Customer Web Portal.

Additionally, users can define Task Groups as a subset of a Task Definition to refine searching.

View the Task List Report to verify the Task Definition and the task items that comprise the definition.
