MoversSuite Administration > Personnel > Security Profile
Security Profile Setup controls access to Tasks System functionality. Branch security is also in effect and the Branch of this setup must match the Assigned Branches within Personnel Setup of users.
Reference the following table when defining Security Profiles.

Claims |
Read Only Users with Read Only access to the Claims module can only view tasks.
Full Users with Full access to the Claims module can perform all task-related functions, including setting Task Definitions and Task Group within Claims Details screen. Full access grants users Read Only access to claims that link to branches not assigned to users.

Order Information |
Read Only Users with Read Only access to the Order Information module can only view tasks.
Full Users with Full access to the Order Information module can perform all task-related functions, including setting Task Definitions and Task Group within Name, Address, Phone. Full access grants users Read Only access to orders that link to branches not assigned to users.

Tasks |
Read Only Users with Read Only access to the Tasks System, including the Workflow tab can only view tasks for all assigned branches.
Full Users with Full access to the Workflow tab and can perform all task-related functions. Full access grants users Read Only access to task records that link to branches not assigned to users.
