The Quotes System allows a user to define any number of proposed charges for services, quickly and easily from within any MoversSuite module. The Quote tab offers the ability to add and manage quotes associated to an order. Additionally, users can print and email generated quotes directly from this one tab. Users can import accepted quotes into Revenue Entry as a standard revenue item or as third party payables.

Features of the Quotes System include the following:
•Quote can consist of an unlimited number of line items
•Unique quote number are automatically generated
•Multiple quotes per order
•Quote amounts based on Rate Plan
•Copy function provides a quick way to make multiple, similar quotes
•Quote forms and letters can be produced directly from the Quote tab
•Detailed quote items can be grouped together
•Financial details of a quote can be grouped together into a single line item for display in formatted output
•Item can be imported directly into Revenue Entry as standard revenue or third-party payables
•Quotes become permanent once imported into Revenue Entry
•Quote tab is available to all modules
•Module security controls user access to Quotes System functionality
