MoversSuite Data Views

MoversSuite provides several SQL scripts designed to create views of MoversSuite data. These scripts provide access to data that populates several areas in MoversSuite, such as the AR Detail grid in AR Credit & Collections. Data from these scripts can import into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet (refer to Download MoversSuite Data View to Excel).

This data is considered a “dump” of database information. Sorting, grouping, filtering, and other tasks that MoversSuite provides within its application must be managed through an external application, such as Microsoft Excel.

The following table lists the available views.

Data View	Description
vARCreditCollections Data View	This data view allows you to access the data that displays within the AR Detail data grid in AR Credit & Collections.
vCashReceipts Data View	This view allows you to access the batch data that displays within the Cash Receipts screen.
vClaimsGrid Data View	This view allows you to access the data displaying within the Claim Detail and Summary (Claims) section within Claims.
vClaimsSummaryAmounts Data View	This view allows you to calculate and display the posted amount available from within the Summary (Claims) section.
vInternational Data View	This view allows you to access data for an International Orders record.
vLocalDispatchGrid Data View	This view allows you to access data displaying within the Dispatch Center grid.
vLongDistanceDispatchGrid Data View	This view allows you to access data displaying within the Current Driver Activity grid.
vMilitaryGovernment Data View	This view allows you to access data pertaining to a military move.
vOrderActualCPU Data View	This view allows you to access data displaying within Actual column within the Update Containers, Packing and Unpacking screen.
vOrderEstimatedCPU Data View	This view allows you to access data displaying within the Estimate column within Update Containers, Packing and Unpacking screen
vOrderInformation Data View	This view allows you to access general move data for an Order Information record.
vPaymentManagement Data View	This allows you to access data from within Batch Management.
vRetainedRevenue Data View	This view allows you to access data on posted amounts displaying within the Summary tab in Revenue Entry.
vRevenueEntry Data View	This view allows you to access Revenue Entry data for order.
vSpecialServices Data View	This view allows you to access general move data for a Special Services order record.
