Navigation Menu > Customers > Additional Charges
To set any Customer Additional Charges rates:
1. Click on the Additional Charges tab, which is fifth from the left.
2. Choose the appropriate warehouse from the drop down.
3. From the Standard Additional Charges list, click the blue pencil to the right of the additional charge you wish to change.
4. After a new box populates, click the “Set a Customer Charge” box.
5. If necessary, update the Customer Description.
6. Enter the Custom Charge.
7. Click Save.
