The User Defined Fields tab allows a user to enter data for an order that is system-wide and data that is associated to a particular national account. Up to eight System Specific questions can be defined within System Wide Options to appear on this tab. Answers can be up to 30 characters in length and are attached to the order record.
Also, up to eight customer specific questions can be defined for each national account within the User Defined Labels tab in Account Setup. The account assigned to the order through Billing Information > National Account determines which questions will appear (see Account Profiles). Answers can be up to 30 characters in length and are attached to the order record.
