MoversConnect monitors events made available to it from the UniGroup Order Information Sharing (OIS) system and then an API service monitors this activity within the MoversConnect environment and updates data within MoversSuite automatically.
The OIS events that trigger the data transfer are Order Status and Shipment Status events. Shipment Status events update the Shipment Type set for an order and Order Status events update data from the various UniGroup systems. The following is a list of Order Status events that trigger data transfer:
Order assigned to van
Order cancelled
Order delivered residence
Order delivered warehouse
Order loaded
Order on will advise
Order set off
Order status changed to blank
order van to van transfer
