Description

Transport Type

Select the type of service the consolidator provides as either Air or Sea.  If the consolidator can provide both Air and Sea transportation, then create two separate consolidator records.

Name

Enter the name of the consolidator that will be available within the Consolidator field in Shipping Information (up to 64 characters).

Contact

Enter the name of the contact person for the consolidator (up to 30 characters).

Select the vendor associated to the consolidator from list of vendors established in Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Fax Number

Enter the fax number of the contact person for the consolidator (see Phone Number Entry).

Consolidator Address

Enter the physical/mailing address for the consolidator (three lines up to 256 characters each).

City

Enter the city for the consolidator location (up to 26 characters).

State

Enter the state for the consolidator location (2 characters).

Country

Select the country where the consolidator is located.

Postal Code

Enter the zip code associated to the consolidator address (up to 10 characters).

Phone

Enter the phone number and extension for the contact person for the consolidator (see Phone Number Entry).
