SIRVA Registration Upload

Upload a MoversSuite lead into SIRVA STS for registration. MoversSuite users have the SIRVA – Registration Upload option available to them through the Tools Menu for qualified orders.

SIRVA Download Request

Download an order registered in SIRVA STS into MoversSuite. The SIRVA – Download Request option of is available through the Tools Menu for qualified orders.

SIRVA Statement Import

Import statements from SIRVA directly into Payment Management using the Import option. Your company can import statements in the following formats:

SIRVA Allied Van Line Statement Format

SIRVA North American Van Line Statement Format

SIRVA Abstract Import

Available through the SIRVA Statement Import process, the SIRVA Abstract Import is available as an import within Revenue Import. It allows you to bring into Revenue Entry the final revenue on the shipment after it has been abstracted on the SIRVA side.

When available from SIRVA, this import shows as “Sirva Rating” under Imported/Not Imported records within Revenue Import.

Once imported and transactions generated, the revenue can be reconciled with the van line statement from SIRVA within your accounting system.

SIRVA Agent Compensation Import

Once a shipment has been rated within SIRVA STS, the Agent Compensation Import can be brought into Revenue Entry to provide you with an accurate snapshot of revenue for the shipment. With this imported revenue, you can pay drivers and others prior to the abstraction.

The import must be requested. To do this, an “Import SIRVA Agent Compensation” button will be available on all SIRVA orders in MoversSuite through the Revenue Import tab. Pressing this button retrieves the revenue and makes it available as an import option of “Sirva Agent Compensation.”

Once imported and transactions created, commissions and other payments can be created based on this revenue.
