MoversSuite Administration > Claims > Claim Chargeback Type
Use this setup to define the drop down menu options available within the Chargeback Type field in Liabilities/Chargebacks when Apply To is “Participating Agent” or “Warehouse.”
Figure 60: Apply To is set to Warehouse; therefore, the Warehouse section includes Chargeback Type.
To create a new Claim Chargeback Type Setup record:
1. Use Click here to add a new Claim Chargeback Type to open the New Chargeback Type screen.
2. Choose the Item Code for the Chargeback Type.
3. Enter the Description. The Description will be the name of the record and what lists within the Chargeback Type dropdown menu.
4. Click Add to save the record.
