Claim Denial Code Setup

MoversSuite Administration > Claims > Claim Denial Code

Use this setup to define the drop down menu options available within the Denial Code field in Add Claim Item.

To create a new Denial Code:

1.    From the top of the Claim Denial Code Setup screen, use Click here to add a new Denial Code.

2.    Enter the Description. This will be the name of the Claim Denial Code Setup record and the name of the option that lists within the Denial Code drop down menu.

3.    Enter the  Van Line Code.

4.    Click Save.
