EWS Group offers VendorConnect as an optional, add-on feature allowing your vendors, such as Arrivy, to communicate directly with MoversSuite. Your vendors will need to have the ability to develop what they need on their end to send data, in the form of XML or JSON, through this new connector.
VendorConnect works by translating the file submitted using the existing Pass Thru Connector through a public API managed through MoversConnect. Data submitted can be used to update an existing order or create a new lead or a new order. Vendors can also request order information through varying calls. Essentially, VendorConnect allows your vendors the ability to send and request order information.
Documents can also download through VendorConnect as well. An additional connector is required in addition to that which may be needed for order information. Refer to VendorConnect Setup Information for details.
MoversSuite users can manually evoke webhook requests through the Third Party Applications Menu.
