Text Messaging – Users unsubscribed from conversations
If you are upgrading to this release, coming from a release prior 2024.23 (published on November 11, 2024), and you are using Text Messaging, then contact Support to ensure that your users remain subscribed to conversations to which they are included. Support can reference case MOV-7757 for instructions.
