This section lists the improvements made within MoversSuite Administration - also known as the Admin Tool.
Data Warehouse Refresh: Now works with Xledger and has extra data
The Data Warehouse Refresh now works with whichever accounting system actively in use by your company - either Xledger or Microsoft Dynamics GP. New to this functionality are the following details: who last ran the refresh, the start time, completed time, and when it was last executed.
Xledger: New warning when updating Setup Customers by Class
When updating your Setup Customers By Class setup to Xledger, a new warning now provides on how the update will affect existing records. This enhancement helps prevent unintended changes by allowing you to review the impact of the conversion in advance. Before this change, there was no way to see this information.
Now, the warning message and button reflect the upcoming step for the process. After selecting “Convert Prior Accounting System (if any) Customer Data -> Xledger”, the next screen displays the status of your records and details what will happen with each available option - Yes, No, and Cancel - before you commit to any changes.
