BI Tool > Settings > Administrator > Users
This setting determines whether a user can access the BI Tool or not.
To prevent a user from logging in the BI Tool:
1. Go to the User’s profile.
2. Click the Disabled switch to Yes.
3. If both the Administrator and Disabled switches are set to YES, then that user’s role will be set to ‘Disabled.’
To assign access to a user:
1. Go to the User’s profile.
2. Click the Disabled switch is set to No.
