The report groups by National Account then Branch.
Header Information
The report lists the following header information for each National Account:
•National Account Name
•(National Account Number)
•Total Orders for the National Account
•Total Estimated Linehaul for the National Account
The report lists the following header information for each Branch:
•(Branch ID)
•Branch Description
•Total Orders for the Branch
•Total Estimated Linehaul for the Branch
Detail Information
The report lists the following detailed items:
•Order Number
•Shipper
•Hauled Weight (or Estimated Weight if Hauled Weight is not set)
•Estimated Load Date
•Booked Date
•Origin City and State
•Destination City and State
•Estimated Linehaul Amount
