“Sold/Disposed” is a new status within Equipment Setup. |
Keep more accurate equipment records with the new status “Sold/Disposed” within Equipment Setup.

To support this update, please note the following:
•BI Tool users may want to modify their reports to exclude this status type, if so desired, to fit the purpose and usefulness of their reports.
•Capacity Planning has been modified to exclude any equipment with the status of Sold/Disposed (just like any equipment with the status of Inactive is excluded.)
•The MSCrew app will exclude equipment which dispatches by quantity that have this new status (just like it already has been excluding the Inactive equipment status.)
•Of interest, the Equipment By Branch Report allows users to report on one status or all statuses. The status Sold/Disposed is available to this report.
