Schema issue caused incorrect times to be issued. |
Dates in our schema expired and subsequently was not rendering the correct time (and in some cases the date). This affected a few dates, specifically the Finalized On date within the Commission Statement Management tool. This has been resolved and now the time (and Date) matches the time on your local server (MDT).

Adding new users threw a permissions error |
Users, even though they had the appropriate permissions, could not add a new user within BI Tool User Administration. This has been resolved and works appropriately.
