MoversConnect Status

MoversSuite Administration > MoversConnect > MoversConnect Status

This setup provides information on the various connection processes configured for MoversConnect. Use this information along with the MoversConnect Log data to troubleshoot any errors or identify any process halts that may occur.

MoversConnect Status records lists the current state of four different services/processes (Service Identifier):

API Polling Manger (MANGR)

Processes messages received from MoversConnect (QUEUE)

Retrieves messages from MoversConnect in the Cloud (CLOUD)

Uploads orders from MoversSuite to MoversConnect (UPMOV)

You can also use this setup to disable the process and reset statistics and purge the files (available on the API Polling Manger process).

Technical Field and Function Data

The following table describes the fields and functions available within this dialog.

Field/Function	Description
Service Identifier	The name of the process that the service runs under displays. Currently, status records appear for four available services/processes (listed above): MANGR QUEUE CLOUD UPMOV
Active	When checked, this flag indicates that the process is actively running through MoversConnect.
Counters Reset Date	Day, date, and time of the counters associated to this service were reset.
Messages Received	Number of messages received by the service.
Messages Processed	Number of messages processed by the service.
Errors Handled	Count of the errors encountered and processed by the service.
Time Spent Processing (Tenths of a Second)	Time the service spent on processing.
Service Started	Day, date, and time that service was last started.
Service Stopped	Day, date, and time that service was last stopped.
Last Message	Text message of the last provided by the service.
Last Message ID Received	Identifier associated to the last message received by the service.
Last Message ID Acked	Identifier associated to the last message that was acknowledged and processed.
	Reset Stats Pressing this button resets the statistics associated to this service, i.e. resets all the above counters and dates.
	Purge Log Available when viewing the log for the API Polling Manger process, pressing this button purges the log files associated to the API Polling Manager listed within MoversConnect Log. (The ability to is also available within MoversConnect Log.)
