Use this setup to define accounts assignable to the profile through the Account field in Account Profile Setup.

Add groups and types for documents that you can link to profile records.

Account Profile Service Setup

Define the list of services available to a profile within this setup.

Account Profile Service Status Setup

Define the values available to users when the set the service status within Account Profile Setup and when overriding services through Service Override.

Account Profile Setup

Define profiles and default and preset data assignable to orders for commonly referenced accounts using this setup.

Contract Master Setup

Reference this setup if you wish to establish pre-assigned values for the Contract Master field on profile records. Refer to Rating Systems for more information on usage.

Customer Setup

If integrated with Microsoft Dynamics GP, then define customers available to profiles through Dynamics GP. Otherwise, use the Customer Setup to define customer records.

Monitor Orders Service

Utilize this service to notify profile contacts when the Actual Load or Actual Delivery on an order associated to the profile changes.

Rate Schedule for Labor

For rating associated to revenue generation and job costing, you can also link profiles to a specific rating for labor calculations in this setup.

Security Profile Setup (Account Profiles)

Define user access to the Account Profile tab through this setup. Accessibility to Account Profile functionality is controlled through the Order Information security module.

Tasks Setup

Create a list of to-do items based on role and/or dates. Task Groups are utilized to provide additional filtering for personnel managing tasks for a team.

Valuation Setup

Define default valuations to assign to profiles in this setup.

Valuation Per Pound Setup

Define default valuation per pound values to assign to profiles in this setup.
