Open MoversSuite Administration.

Open System Wide Options.

Set the Auto dispatch services downloaded from van line flag. Setting this flag instructs MoversSuite to automatically dispatch services downloaded from the external system for defined employees.

Open Personnel Setup. For each employee (driver), perform the following steps.

On the General tab, verify that appropriate Labor Type Items set for the driver link to Labor Type Setup records that have the Available in Long Distance Dispatch flag checked.

Verify that Status is set to “ACTIVE”.

On the Branch tab, verify that each defined branch references the correct van line (defined in Branch Setup).

On the Interface Mappings tab, verify that for each supported Interface (van line process) that the User ID is correct for the corresponding Labor Type and, optionally, the Branch.

On the Dispatch tab, verify that the Driver Number is correct for the employee. The driver number from the download must match this number.

Save all changes.
