Forms Designer

Bookmarks set in Header/Footer render smoothly

While using the Forms Designer feature, you can now enter Bookmarks into the header or footer section and the letters/forms will render smoothly. Previously, the application disabled the Bookmarks option while being in the header or footer section.

Reports

Move Type by Branch Report has been updated

The Move Type by Branch Report has been updated to include the current year when a user runs it. In the order example, the report now shows the correct year segment.

UniGroup Integration

Country codes downloaded correctly upon order download

On all non-international order downloads, UniGroup does not include the country identifier. In such downloads, the address defaults to the United States of America. To assist several companies working with Canadian addresses, on all downloads where there is no country included in the download and the address was not previously set, we now attempt to recognize Canadian address via the postal code included in the download. If the format of the postal code matches that of a Canadian address, then the country is set to “Canada.” Note that Canada has a unique postal code format of “ANA NAN” (A = alphanumeric and N is a number).

If there is no match on the Canadian postal code, then the Default Country set within the System Wide Options is set instead. If there is no Default Country set here, then the application defaults the incoming address to the United States of America.

If an address of the same type being download already exists on the order, then the country is not updated.

NOTE: This change affects all downloads processes, not just those from UniGroup. One exception is that this change does not affect downloads from TechMate.
