Auto Assignment of Quantities added for Equipment Types

The Equipment Type Setup screen has been updated to have a new flag named “Auto assign quantities when service is cleared.” This flag is only available when the “Dispatch based on quantity” flag is checked.

When checked and services are cleared in Local Dispatch, the application automatically assigns to the services all resources of that type that are set within the Equipment Request (managed through the Add Local Service screen).

NOTE: Only services cleared through the Requested Services are included in the automatic assign at this time. Additional related functionality will be available in an upcoming release.
