Report Viewer

PDF Reports now processing smoothly with SQL Server 2019

A known issue of PDF Reports processing and their compatibility with SQL Server 2019 has been resolved and the Report Viewer now smoothly runs any PDF content. The default MoversSuite print and email options available through the Report Viewer are now working smoothly.

Local Services

Hrs/Man calculates accurately

If you provide a start and end time for a service through the Add Local Service screen, the application now accurately calculates the Hrs/Man field, picking the correct hours from the Hours Drive One Way field. Previously, in cases where the service start and end time was provided, the application was ignoring the Hours Drive One Way factor for one side of the trip.

Imported labor includes drive time

Upon importing a local service into the Quote tab, the drive time is imported along with the labor. Previously, some users reported that drive time was being missed out while importing labor.

Local Dispatch

Only eligible roles available while assigning crew

When you assign crew to a service in the Dispatch Center either through the Assign Crew button or through the right-click option of Edit Crew, the “Role” dropdown now shows only the labor types set for the person. Previously, the roles dropdown was showing all roles for all assigned personnel in this dropdown.

Unchecking placeholder flag released to idle

Upon changing the date/time or status of “Is Placeholder Flag” in a “Reserved” service outside of Local Dispatch, the service is reverted to a status of “Idle” and is available to be resent to dispatch. Of note, if the service has been dispatched, then the only thing that can be updated is the “Is Placeholder flag” and will retain the status as “Dispatched.”

Forms Designer

All bookmarks import smoothly

All Forms Designer Bookmarks when imported through the "Import From File" function, now render smoothly. Previously, some of the Local Services Bookmarks and Order Information Bookmarks were not importing in Forms Designer module.
