MoversSuite Administration Improvements
Several changes were made that affect MoversSuite Administration.
XML Item Code shows in Grouped by Interface
Setup affected: Administration > XML Item Code > Group By > Interface
The XML Item Code Setup screen’s “Group By Interface” feature has been updated to display a column showing all XML Item Codes entered.
Note: The “Group By” option is available through the Mass Record Selection Options menu.

Local Service Type Setup Update
Setup affected: Operations > Local Service Type
The Local Service Type Setup screen has been updated to make the “Service” field a mandatory one. This allows MoversSuite to avoid conflicts in the “Group By Service” feature.
Note: The “Group By Service” feature is available through the Mass Record Selection Options menu.
Column Width Adjusts Correctly
The MoversSuite Administration tool has been updated automatically adjust the widths of the data displayed in the “View Details” grid of many admin screen when the grid expands. Previously, if you had three columns for example, then all three columns had equal widths.
Grids in the following setup areas now adjust correctly when expanded:
•Item Code Setup (Item Code Agent Percentage details). Setup Category: Accounting & Financial Services.
•Carrier Setup (Military/Government) (Carrier Payee Code details). Setup Category: Military.
•XML System Setup (XML System Options details). Setup Category: Administration.
•Personnel Setup (Interface Mapping details). Setup Category: Personnel

New UniGroup Memo Pad Type Added
A new UniGroup Memo Pad type “ABIL ^ - Agent Billing Comments” has been added to the list of UniGroup Note Codes. The UniGroup International upload process has been updated to include the ABIL – Agent Billing Comments memo type.
