Enterprise BI Views: Text Messages by Order View Added
A new Text Messaging view has been added to the list of Enterprise BI Views, by the name of Text Messages by Order. This BI View displays the pertinent data of all conversations on all orders including:

Name associated to the phone number. |

PhoneNumber |
Phone number linked to the contact. |

SentBy |
Name of the user that sent or received the message. Data includes the First Name and Last Name of the user as defined within Personnel Setup. |

TextMessage |
Complete content of message being sent or received. |
|
Direction |
Flag indicating whether the message is “Outgoing” or “Incoming.” |
|
DateTimeStamp |
Date and time that the message either sent or received. |
All data is pulled from the Text Messaging Dashboard and Text Messaging Conversations screens.
