Agents
New prompt added to confirm approved van line
When an Agent Setup record is saved with the “Is Forwarding Agent” flag checked, a prompt pops up asking to ensure whether they have verified with the van line that the agency had been approved by the van line to be designated as a forwarding agent. This helps the application in mapping forwarding agents correctly in future and avoiding errors on data exchanges between MoversSuite and disparate systems.

Local Services
Date field sorts based on timestamps
The Date column of the Local Services tab is now sorted based on the Timestamps entered for each Local Service with January being the least value and December being the greatest. The “To be determined” records, however, are considered as the newest entries and are placed on top. Previously, the date column was sorting the values based on an alphanumeric logic.

UniGroup Integration
Estimate Amount is no longer overwritten on Rating Downloads
The Estimate Amount is only updated when the UniGroup Rating and Rating Order Download explicating includes this field in the download. The Estimate Amount is viewed on an order through the Billing Information tab.

UniGroup Quotes to Go
Lead Source is no longer being overwritten on estimate downloads
The UniGroup Quotes to Go Downloads has been updated to avoid overwriting of a Lead Source on estimate downloads. Previously, an invalid lead type was overwriting the existing estimate downloads, even though there is no Lead Type downloaded on estimates.
