This section lists any fixes made to the MoversSuite application.
General Application
Accounting Tools menu always visible
If a person is assigned to one or more features available to them through the Accounting Tools Menu, then this menu always appears. On prior releases, if person had access to only the Credit Card/Bank Payment and/or Capture Credit Card Information options, then the Accounting Tools Menu did not appear. (5342)
Commissioning
Miles based commissions with splits can exceed order miles
If you are generating a miles-based commission that also generates split commission transactions and the total miles of the splits exceeds the Miles set on the order, then the application no longer produces an error. In other words, you can now commission splits for mileage that exceeds the miles set on the order. Prior to this fix, the application prevented you from adding splits through Add Revenue Commission where the sum of the split miles exceeded the order miles. This change relates to an improvement made to allow you to update the miles affecting miles-based commissions at Version 2019 R05 (5273). (5316)
Verify Vendor prior to adding Commission Plan
The application now prevents you from setting the Commission Plan on a person unless the Vendor is also set. This change is due in part to ensure that a commissioned party is completely set up for commissions.
This change affects the Accounting tab within Personnel Setup. If you attempt to click to add a new plan and the Vendor is not set, then you receive an error of “Error: The Vendor must be set before adding a Commission Plan.”

UniGroup Integration
Update translation of personnel identifiers
Data from UniGroup now includes additional alphanumeric identifiers for certain personnel, such as salesperson, coordinator, and OA surveyor. MoversSuite has been updated to recognize and interpret the identifiers correctly. Prior to this change, errors related to a number conversion were encountered during UniGroup Uploads. (5327)
