Besides Date Range Filter, there are two icons which allow you to export the graph and the report to PDF or Excel:
This button will compile and export the current report to a PDF file. If the report includes a graph, it will create another PDF file for it.
If the report includes more than 1000 rows, the report can only be saved as an Excel file. When users click the PDF button, there will be a pop-up window to remind the user.
The Excel button will export a report into an Excel file. If this report has a graph, the graph will export into a separate PDF file.
NOTE:
•For drilldown reports, only top-level rows can be exported.
•For a Matrix report, only the main matrix table is available to export.
•When a user clicks the Export buttons, Enterprise BI will export the report based on saved settings. If a user makes some change to a report on the fly, they will need to click the APPLY button so that they can export the report with these changes.
