The Port Setup defines values available through the port fields within the Shipping Information tab. Specifically, this setup provides options to the following fields:
Origin Port
Inland Point of Departure
Inland Port of Arrival
Origin Port and Destination Port within Vessel/Voyage and Flight Information.
The following table describes the fields involved in establishing an international port record.

Transportation Type |
Select a type as either Air or Sea depending on the transportation method of shipments to and from the port. |

Port Code |
Enter the identification number for the port (up to 15 characters). |
|
Name |
Enter the name of the port that will display within the Origin Port field within the various fields within Shipping Information (up to 128 characters). |
