The Dispatch Status of a service is visible through the Info screen within the MoversSuiteCrew Mobile Application. Additionally, leads can update the status.

The Status option is available to leads allowing them to access the Status screen where the status can be updated.

Set the status by marking the appropriate label and pressing the green arrow for confirmation.
