MoversSuite Administration > Reports > BI Reporting User Setup

This setup allows you to define the users that can run the JonasBI Reporting Tool.

Establish records within this setup from the list of those defined within Personnel Setup. Optionally establish new credentials to log into the JonasBI Reporting Tool or utilize those credentials already established for the employee. Those with records established within this setup can access the JonasBI Reporting Tool.

Field	Description
Personnel	Select a person that you wish to establish the ability for them to access the JonasBI Reporting Tool. The list of individuals is taken from all active Personnel Setup records. Establishing a person to access the reporting tool does not affect the number of licensed users accessing MoversSuite. A separate user count and licensing for the JonasBI Reporting Tool is managed through Licensing Setup.
	Check this flag to instruct the application to reference the credentials established within the User tab of the Personnel Setup for the person selected under the Personnel option (above).
Role	Chose the role for this person to access the JonasBI Reporting Tool with. This role controls which element of the tool the person can access.
User ID	If Use MoversSuite Credentials is not checked, then enter the user identification and password that this person can use to access the JonasBI Reporting Tool. These credentials are managed outside of MoversSuite.
