Transactions can generate commissions to employees automatically when they are created or imported into MoversSuite. The following table describes the setup areas that affect auto commissioning.

Description |
Automatically generate split commissions for a sales team through the Account Profile assigned to the order. Refer to the Sales Team Split section within Account Profile Setup for details.
This setup enables auto commissions for a particular labor type assigned to Personnel Setup record.
It can also be used to restrict the auto commission function to selected participating agents by comparing the Preferred Agent set for the option to the Preferred Revenue Agent set for the Item Code or Revenue Group. If no Preferred Agent is specified, then there is no restriction based on Preferred Revenue Agent.
The Item Code set for the plan assigned to the employee through Personnel Setup must match that set for the transaction (Add Revenue Item). View the Commission Plan Details Report to identify which item codes belong to which commission plans.
The Preferred Revenue Agent set for the Item Code or the Revenue Group is compared to the Item Code entered for the transaction (Add Revenue Item) when a Preferred Agent is set in Auto Commission Option Setup.
Employee Commission Plan and Vendor must be set in their Personnel Setup. Additionally, the assigned Commission Plan must contain the Item Code set for the transaction (Add Revenue Item). The employee must be assigned to the order based in the capacity set forth by the Labor Area of the Auto Commission Option Setup (e.g. Coordinators, Sales). View the Employee Commission Plans Report to identify Vendor ID and Commission Plan assignments by employee.
You can split the commission received by the Salesperson to others assigned to the order through the Sales Team Split. |
