The listing within Vaults includes all the Vaults associated to the warehouse. Manage a Vault’s status and Location in this tab. If the Vault is in use, the Customer within the vault will display. Use the All, Used, or Empty buttons to filter the list.

To export a spreadsheet of the vaults:
Administration > Warehouses > Vaults tab
To export a current spreadsheet of the listing, click the black Export button. It may take a few moments for the Excel spreadsheet to be created. The spreadsheet can be opened from Downloads.
To add a Vault:

To create a new vault, click the blue “Add Vault” button. From the New Vault screen, enter Vault Code, such as “V”. “From Vault” and “To Vault” enables the ability to create multiple vaults at one time. Enter the beginning vault number and then the ending vault number. If you are only adding one vault, the
from vault and to vault numbers will be the same. Click
“Generate” to preview the vault numbers and add a location, if you would like.
Click Save. For example, entering 1 and 10 respectively will
autoload the following information in the image. Use the
icon to delete the line item.

To delete a Vault:
To delete a vault, check the blue box to the left of the Vault(s) that need to be deleted. Then, click the red Delete button. Vaults in use cannot be deleted.
