Partner Warehouse - Outbound (Requested)

 

NOTE: This information is unique to our Partner Warehouse program.

 

The Requested column lists any future outbound transactions set to be released or delivered out of your warehouse. Your Partner Warehouse provider can add details and transactions to this column to advise you of product the release or delivery of items. 

 

How to Release a Requested Outbound

 

This is how to release/deliver a transaction listed under Requested Outbound:

 

1.    Click the transaction from under Requested and slide to Processing. Another option is to click the ellipses and select Move to Processing.

2.    Enter the fields marked with the red asterisk which are mandatory fields. Or, if the transaction is to be delivered, enter the delivery address and other relevant information.

3.    The Receiving date will default to today’s date and time. Update, if needed, as it is important to record the accurate date the product was received.

4.    Enter any notes under Special Instructions you wish to relay to Partner Warehouse provider.

5.    Click Upload Transaction Documents to link photos of documents or images from your system to this transaction (Bill of Lading, Packing Slip, etc.).

6.    Click the Items bar to open the Items section.

7.    Notice the Items are listed in the Item Listing on the right.

 

a.    If the quantity received needs to be changed, click the edit icon (blue pencil) of that line item. Update the Quantity Received and Quantity.

b.    To add a line item, select an Item Number, enter the Quantity Requested and enter the appropriate Qty to be delivered from the appropriate locations. Click Add Item. The item will be added to the Item Listing. (More details can be found under How to Create a New Outbound Steps and specifically under Step 9.)

c.    If the items and quantities are correct, proceed to Step 8.

 

8.    Once quantities are correct and all items are listed, click Save.
